Hi, I’m Hayley
I’m a certified sleep consultant and a proud mother of three lovely children. As a mother, I understand the significance of sleep, not only for the children but for the entire family. My experience has taught me the importance of peaceful sleep, especially for babies suffering from silent reflux, which my second-born endured for eight months. It was a challenging time, and I personally experienced the negative impact it had on my life. However, it fueled my passion for helping parents achieve the perfect routine and support them in promoting beautiful, peaceful sleep for their families.
My three children are all unique, and this has reinforced my belief that no baby is the same. I understand the importance of tailoring sleep plans based on individual needs, temperaments, parenting styles, and beliefs. In addition, I am passionate about nutrition and believe that a balanced, wholesome diet is crucial in promoting quality sleep for babies.
As a sleep consultant, I only use techniques that I have tried and tested on my own children. My experience has led me to attend sleep school with my second child, and I am glad I did. With the knowledge and experience gained, I successfully sleep trained my third child early, which allowed me to manage a newborn, a toddler in prep, and another in 3-year-old kinder.
As a consultant, my approach is to support, encourage, motivate, and guide parents on their journey towards helping their baby learn new skills to self-settle and resettle, leading to longer and more restorative sleep. With my guidance, parents can experience a more restful sleep, bond with their babies, and cherish this wonderful time in their lives.
