    Perfect for those who need a little bit of extra support, during this 30-minute phone call our friendly sleep experts will learn about your child’s sleep habits, come up with solutions to address any issues, and provide a personalised plan to help them sleep better. We'll also provide guidance on sleep training, creating a sleep-friendly environment, and establishing a consistent routine.

    No follow-up support is included, but we'll equip you with all the necessary information and tools to implement the plan effectively.

    Developed for parents looking for a bit more support, during this 30-minute phone consultation we'll assess your baby's sleep habits, address any issues, and provide a personalised plan to help them sleep better. We'll also provide guidance on sleep training, creating a sleep-friendly environment, and establishing a consistent routine.

    In addition to the call, we'll include one week of follow-up support to help you implement the plan effectively. Our sleep consultant will be available to answer any questions you may have and provide you with additional guidance and support as needed.

  • All I can say is thank you so much sleep school and the beautiful Hayley who came to our rescue a few weeks ago. Our 12 month old son has gone from co sleeping, waking multiple times a night, being fed to sleep and refusing naps to now sleeping in his own room in his cot, self settling, sleeping through the night and happily going down for his 2 naps a day.
